Inspiration, passion, action

In AIESEC people say that everything is done on LC level and as always they are right. Action is there. But not only that. Members are there, people who discover for the first time, who get inspired, who have "Aaaa-ha" moments", who feel happy when they suceed, who cry when they dont, who think about leaving AIESEC and stay, who have eyes full of tears of gratitude to their team mmbers and leaders, when people dont know what they are doing and discover on the way, fresh and excited :))
On MC level I missed that :) Even in Kiev I used to talk to LC members a lot, Having long conversations on the way home, on random parties, on sharing sessions and conferences. In Hong Kong having all 6 LC so close to MC, I feel very distant from members, specially from new members, cause their development is not happening in front of me, cause rarely they share. I know they feel great stepping into AIESEC, having first expereinces, but I cannt share it with them. Partly because of language barrier, cause people are not that easy to share in foreign language, some are shy to ask and to listen. Feeling something important is happening here.seing people excitd about it, but not being able to share is difficult, specially when normally it is one of my main sources of motivation and inspiration in @ - seeing change happening.
So now i take motivation from my People team, who get so excited about everything happening, about recruiting people better than they were, about selection and induction activities. These guys are my main inspiration now :)) And I am very proud of the work they do :)))
