~Being Nice

You cannot stay nice forever. Once in a while you would have to tell annoying people that they are annoying, rude people that they cross the line, managers that they could do better managing you, constantly speaking people that you just want them to be quiet for a while. Not everyone will ever like you, there will be people hating you at times, disrespecting you, annoyed by you, gossiping about you, be mad at you. (Hopefully no one will ever want to hurt you though…)

It’s just life. If you intend to have values, principles or plans – they will clash with someone else’s for sure… And you can’t stand in shade hiding either – once in a while you will have to defend your way.

And while once I thought having people being angry with you is a sign of being a bad person, now I guess it’s only a sign of you being alive and being noticed and heard.
